Clic2office is the lowest cost and easiest way to enable your customers to buy online from you.

Developed exclusively for Officepoint members by our sister company, Clic2 Ltd, Clic2office combines a wealth of features into a self-administered solution that can be set up in minutes and maintained with as much or as little input from you as you choose.

The principle features and benefits of the system are;


  • The system is web-hosted on a secure site, so there is no software or additional hardware requirement for you or your customers. All you need is a pc with Internet access.
  • Access not just to the full Spicers range, but also to JG Business Machines, Computer 2000, Rocom Telecommunications, and soon, ISA International. This includes pictures and technical specifications for all products.
  • You can de-select product ranges and individual manufacturers that you do not want to feature.
  • You can add your own products into the database and the system will index and display them in exactly the same way as the rest of the products.
  • You can adjust the look and feel of the site, selecting your preferred colour and design (from the templates included) and adding your own logo. If you're competent in html you can also adjust the design of the home page, but with no specialist knowledge at all you can adjust its content along with the terms and conditions, ‘about us’, delivery options, returns procedures etc.
  • You can choose to accept payment on account and to accept any of the major debit and credit cards. You simply check the boxes of the ones you want and the system creates all of the necessary input boxes for the customers’ information.
  • Allow your prospects to submit credit card applications online.
  • Set your delivery charge at the order value and rate that you like, e.g. £5.95 below £50 order value and free thereafter.

  • Set individual customers up with an e-account that allows you to bespoke pricing for them and to provide them with management reports via the web store.
