An e-bulletin is an encapsulated e-mail that contains colour, images and links to web-hosted pages, rather than a text message with attachments.
Once transmitted, you are able to monitor and analyse every click that the recipients make on the bulletin. That means that if a customer clicks to find out more information about a product but does not purchase it, you are able to see this and then contact them to attempt to complete the sale.
