David Langdown - Managing Director
David spent eight years within the Electrocomponents Group PLC, first with RS Components and then Misco International where he specialised in product marketing and new market development. In 1992 with David Whittaker and James Wilson he established Officepoint’s parent company, XPD Ltd, where he remains a Director.
David has been a Director of Officepoint since its formation in 1994 and became Managing Director in January 2000. David became a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing in 2003.

David Whittaker - Director
David Whittaker is a Business Studies (Hons) graduate whose marketing career began in product marketing with Black and Decker and Inmac, a mail order computer supplies company. David moved to Gillette where he was involved in the establishment of Misco Computer Supplies in the UK and six other European Markets. At Misco he became International Marketing Director. In 1992 he became a founding Director of XPD Ltd where he remains Managing Director and Chairman.

Keith Williams - Director of Business Development
Prior to joining Officepoint in 2001, Keith was Director of National Accounts at Spicers, responsible for managing the wholesaler's relationship with UK dealer groups and key account customers. Keith now heads our business development team, ensuring all members can maximise the benefits from our wide service offering. Keith is responsible for producing a number of productivity tools that members can download from this site.

Steve Baker
Steve joined Officepoint in 2003 from Xerox, where he was responsible for managing the Xerox Office Club group of dealers. Based in Staffordshire, Steve is responsible for recruitment and for development of new members, particularly in the North West.

Gary Billington
Gary joined Officepoint in 2007 and his name will ‘ring bells' with a number of our members - he set up QSL Limited (based in Croydon) in 1999 and immediately became a member of Officepoint. During his time as member of the group, he has won the ‘Dealer of the Year' award on two occasions.
Based in London, Gary is responsible for recruitment and for development of new members, particularly in the South East regions.

Steve Robinson -Director of Merchandising
Steve joined the Group in 2003 to head up the marketing and merchandising team. Steve joined from Talk Paper, the company formerly known as MoDo, where he worked for four years first as Sales and Marketing Director and then as Managing Director. Prior to that he spent ten years with 3M (UK) Ltd where he was Sales and Marketing Manager for Presentation Products.
Steve is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Maxine Whiteway-Roberts - Marketing Services Manager
Maxine joined Officepoint in 1996 as catalogue administration manager before becoming marketing manager for Officepoint. In her current role Maxine is responsible for the management of the extensive Officepoint catalogue programme, conference and marketing communications.

Kylie Rafferty - Tactical Marketing Manager
Kylie Rafferty (yes she is Australian!) joined Officepoint in 2003 as a communications graduate in Media/Multimedia production. Her focus was in developing an online presence for the group both in terms of membership resources, via the members-only website, and e-marketing activity through the group’s web store platform.
Having recently graduated from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) with a Professional Diploma in Marketing, Kylie brings a wealth of practical and now theoretical knowledge of marketing as well as a solid grounding in the office products industry to her new role as Tactical Marketing Manager. Kylie will continue the work of developing innovative marketing solutions for and on behalf of members.

Maggie Seddon - Marketing Communications Manager
Originally from Rochdale in Lancashire, Maggie moved to Staines after gaining a degree in Business and Marketing. This led to a position with CADline Ltd, where she set up their marketing department and developed a group of websites for the company.
Looking for a fresh challenge, Maggie joined XPD, to support the Officepoint development, in May 2007. She will be responsible for the management of online communications such as the ‘members only’ websites and the unique Clic2mail systems and public communications such as press releases.

Mel Jensen - Client Project Manager
Mel Jensen joined the group in March 2003, and currently works for the company CommerceXchange, who maintain and develop some of the online technologies used by Officepoint.
Prior to this Mel worked an IT Helpdesk Manager at Securicor in Croydon and Sutton, and an IT helpdesk team leader for Accenture in London.
